Attorney Higgins started with Bachand, Longo & Higgins in 1979 and focuses on residential and commercial real estate, estate planning, business organization and planning, land use and zoning matters, and land preservation planning. Attorney Higgins has also worked as the Town Counsel for the Town of Pomfret since 2003. He is a graduate of Western New England College School of Law, class of 1979.
